Acceptance

Element Flash is operated by Element Labs. By creating an account or using Element Flash, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be legally allowed to use this service where you live. If you are using the service for a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that business or organization.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate signup information and use an email address you can access.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and account access secure.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account unless it was caused by our own failure to protect the service.
  • We may require email verification or manual approval before account access is activated.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, or abuse.

AI output

  • The service may generate incorrect, incomplete, biased, or outdated output.

  • Do not rely on the service for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other high-risk decisions without independent review.

Service behavior

The service may rely on third-party providers such as AI model providers, hosting providers, analytics or logging infrastructure, email providers, or anti-abuse services. We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by those third parties.

Termination

  • Termination does not remove responsibilities or rights that by their nature should continue after access ends.

Disclaimers

  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that generated output will meet your requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Element Flash and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the service.

If the law does not allow the full limitation above, liability will be limited to the smallest amount allowed by applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
